Alfred Williams & Company is looking for an Account Manager to develop and foster business through a pro-active direct sales approach. This position is expected to develop and identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts/segments for the company. The Account Manager will:
- Identify sales leads through a pro-active direct sales approach.
- Deliver presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Develop successful relationships with clients.
- Manage the day-to-day needs of client accounts.
- Be detail oriented, well organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Meet regularly with the internal team (i.e. designers, project manager and customer administrators) to identify and drive sales.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written be able to articulate customer needs to internal team so the project meets the needs of the customer.
- Assist in preparation of customer proposals and presentations.
- Work effectively in a project team environment.
- Manage project timing and budget.
- Exceed client expectations and add value to the strategic and creative process.
