As an Enterprise Systems Architect, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the Active Directory infrastructure within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Windows Servers/Workstations
  • Tier 3 support for Sites/Divisions for issues before they escalate to Tier 4 (Vendor) support
  • Management of Global Active Directory
  • Monitoring and management of AD Certificate Services
  • Management of Entra ID cloud systems
  • Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Services
  • Manage Azure Tenants
  • Manage Intune Devices and Services
  • Manage and deploy solutions using MS Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Utilize PowerShell to solve problems and generate reports in various technologies
  • SOX/ITC compliance concerns
  • Build and Manage Azure IaaS Services
  • Manage Veeam Backups
  • Provide advanced support for CyberArk
  • Manage on-prem and cloud connected Vmware
  • Travel up to 15%

Required Skills, Education, Experience:

  • Relevant degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Information Technology
  • 8-11 years of related experience.
  • Certifications such as MCSE, CE, II, PKI, IAT, ITIL, R2, MCSA, or VCP are preferred.
  • Proven expertise in designing and architecting large global projects.
  • Experience with large-scale Active Directory infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery, continuity of operations, and data recovery procedures.
  • Advanced Windows Server/Workstation Management/Troubleshooting
  • Advanced Proficiency with all Active Directory services including User/Group management, DNS, AD Sites and Services, Group Policy
  • Advanced Proficiency with Entra ID (Azure AD) and authentication processes
  • Proficiency with Exchange Online (and on-prem) Management
  • Proficiency with M365 Administration (Teams, OneDrive, Licensing)
  • Proficiency with Intune (Device enrollment and management)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Intermediate knowledge of PowerShell
  • Familiarity of Azure IaaS Services
  • Familiarity with Veeam
  • Proficiency with CyberArk Administration
  • Proficiency with VMware
  • PKI: Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) principles.

For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $135000 to $155000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 20% of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company's performance in the prior calendar year. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency.
