INVISTA is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join our Engineering and Asset Maintenance product teams at our office in Wichita, KS, Dallas, TX, or Houston, TX office. The IT Systems Analyst will be a part of a multi-discipline team that manages INVISTA's global Asset Lifecycle applications, building strong working partnerships with local site operational and engineering capability teams to deliver outstanding system functionality and system reliability.

What You Will Do

  • Work with a team of engineers, analysts, site operations resources, and vendors. You will apply critical thinking to solve problems and develop creative solutions which advance our operations strategies
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative on root cause analysis to drive improvement opportunities that enable self-serve, automation, stability, and scalability to reduce support and optimize our asset lifecycle solutions
  • Resolve complex technical issues which require working with multiple teams and stakeholders, such as network, information security, architects, database administrators, engineering teams, console operators, etc.
  • Implement solutions that improve the reliability and completeness of INVISTA Asset Lifecycle (Engineering & Asset Maintenance) processes
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions for defects, enhancements, and transformation of our Asset Lifecycle domain
  • Document specifications (functional &/or technical), architecture diagrams, and other documentation for support and ongoing optimization
  • Contribute to the product roadmap to achieve business and strategic outcomes
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of our Asset Lifecycle technologies


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 2+ years of experience managing IT/Software deployments, troubleshooting, and run/maintain maintenance activities
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and capabilities such as Manufacturing Operations, Infrastructure, and other IT teams to solve complex problems


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in installation, configuration, and monitoring of Engineering and Asset Maintenance Systems
  • Experience with deploying and maintaining interfaces between Engineering, Asset Maintenance, and other IT Systems
  • Experience partnering with business users and customers to create acceptance criteria, user stories, functional and technical requirements for IT team members
