As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who share our vision and mission for success. We are looking to hire a Marketing Assistant to join our team! Position is remote - qualified candidates will need to be work 7:00AM-4:00PM PST hours (subject to change)

Duties & Responsibilities

The Marketing Assistant position is an integral part of the sales and marketing team and focuses on general marketing duties. Project management and facilitating the coordination of day-to-day marketing functions is the focus of this role.

Successful job applicants will be able to perform these essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations:

  • Schedule, maintain, communicate, and execute on scheduled marketing activities (corporate and supplier marketing) and promotion of the COS brand, products, and services.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Department, and Sales organization by preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.
  • Create product content/flows, arranges trainings/meetings, and provides support to supplier partners.
  • Assist in gathering information on competitors, providing pricing analysis, and presenting new ideas on marketing and distribution.
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
  • Maintain a high degree of cooperation, communication, and coordination with others.
  • Promote and project a professional company image. Support company values and mission.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure):

  • 1-3 years experience
  • (1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.

Compensation Data

Hourly Salary Disclosure: $20-22 hr.
