• Provide Navy ERP User Management Support  

• Develop Presentation Materials required, as well as schedule/host informational forums to effectively communicate information to the end users.  

• Identify and maintain a roster of Power Users at each Command nominated as Train-the-Trainers.   

• Maintain a roster of personnel responsible at each Command for role mapping, role approval, training coordination (training coordinator) and other GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) responsibilities for sustainment. Assist Commands with modification to existing role mapping and/or the creation of new system users. 

• Coordinate efforts to ensure users complete their required access forms and training, validate user requirements, and assist in resolving segregation of duties conflicts based on role assignments.  

• Track required training. 

• Schedule training, coordinate facility requirements and set-up procedures for training during Cutover and Deployment.  

• Provide on-site over-the-shoulder support (OTSS) and/or remote Navy ERP training / support during system implementation and assist in resolving issues encountered by the end users related to systems understanding, incorrect data, or other systemic/process issues.   

• Populate User Access requests for any new users or modifications to users’ existing role assignments.  

 
 
Education and Experience: 

• Shall have a bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business or equivalent field.  

• 1 year of experience. 

• User Access experience with Navy ERP.
