The Senior Project Manager is responsible for actively participating in the bid process and assisting in the design and coordination of multiple research projects. The Senior Project Manager will direct the day-to-day operations of a project from initial project bid through data delivery. They will have direct contact with clients throughout the execution of a project and will act as an extension of that client's team. Major responsibilities include facilitating bid process, review and consultation of questionnaires, overseeing the survey programming and data processing progress, managing fieldwork/data collection, reviewing and providing deliverables, as well as finalizing the invoicing of the projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThese include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role.
1.Manage and own outcomes of market research projects from bidding to invoice
2.Collaborate and support Sales in driving revenue growth through client relationship development that lead to referrals and repeat business. Can manage clients, at all levels, successfully.
3.Communicate project updates and status in a responsive and consultative manner throughout project field.
4.Mentor junior staff members and assist in their growth in all aspects of project management including bidding, methodology, tools, and people skills.
5.Share knowledge across internal functional teams and assist in continually building efficiencies. Act as a subject matter expert for the team, and champions continuous improvement.
