We are currently seeking a State Medicaid Security Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

We are currently seeking a State Security Analyst to join our team in the United States (US). This security analyst, working closely with other analysts, will be a key contributor in providing cyber security advisory services. These services include: evaluating the effectiveness of security programs, assessing risks, and vulnerabilities, identifying control gaps, reviewing vendor reports for consistency and accuracy, managing remediation efforts. The candidate may also conduct independent security and privacy assessments or contribute to security independent verification and validation (IV&V) activities.
Job Responsibilities Include:
*Understanding client requirements, defining solutions, responding to proposals
*Actively leading and participating in independent third-party assessment engagements
*Reviewing relevant laws and regulations for security and privacy requirements
*Assessing technical compliance of systems against specified frameworks/requirements
*Providing consultation and input for all client deliverables such as system security plans, security control assessments, and information system risk assessments
*Contributing to the discovery, assessment, analysis, and management of network, and application vulnerabilities and remediation efforts
*Identifying and documenting detailed remediation recommendations
Basic Qualifications:
*Minimum 8 years combined experience working with:
oSecurity management frameworks (NIST 800-53, 800-171, CSF, RMF, HIPAA, MARS-E)
oIT Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), auditing, drafting security documentation and plans, conducting security and privacy risk assessments
oVulnerability management, assessing firewalls and networks (VPN, DLP, IDS/IPS)
oSecurity operations e.g. SIEM, SOC, IAM, cloud, infrastructure, application, encryption
*Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
*Hold one or more security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM
Preferred Skills:
*Experience in CJIS, FERPA, or FTI regulatory environments strong plus
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
*Proficient managing and executing assessments
*Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
*Advanced client and vendor relationship management
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $85,000-$127,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
