Overview

TRC Earthworks is an environmental remediation construction firm seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting construction operators, field scientists, and construction supervisors complete tasks on large and/or complex projects to ensure construction activities are conducted in a safe manner subject to the client's needs. Responsibilities include performing physical labor, identifying unmarked underground utilities prior to and during excavation activities, clearing brush, and assisting operators with preventative maintenance tasks. The Construction Laborer coordinates with the project supervisor to complete construction tasks as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily maintenance of construction equipment and machines.
  • Assist technicians and other laborers when necessary.
  • Prep construction sites and set up fencing.
  • Load or unload construction materials.
  • Implement and promote HSE goals throughout projects.
  • Visually observe changing conditions during excavation activities.
  • Complete, maintain, and submit paperwork required for projects.
  • Work with operators to learn new skills.

Qualifications

  • Must have valid driver license.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
  • Ability to work in all weather.
  • Workers must be punctual and reliable.
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
