Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

Partner with the best

To coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules and internal/external customer needs. Plan and schedule material/production. Develops a quarterly operational plan for Becker Product Line. Works with the sales and commercial team, region personnel, AMO and supply chain to translate the demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) across multiple time horizons into physical orders and ensures they are delivered to meet the customer requirements.

As a Planning & Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast.
  • Analyzing incoming demand: identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory
  • Planning and schedules order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs
  • Monitoring levels of safety stock for internal and external demand
  • Managing master schedule for Becker production line, material processes and systems, prepares and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
  • Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs to optimize inventory and process improvements.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Have Associates' Degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience (2+ years' experience)
  • Have experience in order management, scheduling, inventory optimization and management
  • SAP knowledge and MRP functionality
  • Have the ability to work with and influence stakeholders
