The Regional Broker Manager is responsible for strategic leadership of Haleon's brand portfolio with their broker/sales agency partner at their assigned customers. The Regional Broker Manager role will provide the candidate the opportunity to own their business, build and execute commercial plans and activate the breadth of Haleon and customer to deliver differentiated growth. They will lead their sales agencies to represent Haleon and our brands with purpose and impact.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead our agency/broker partners to build and execute strategic business plans which deliver budget, grow share and exceed agreed to customer KPI's. Build a clear "Where to Play, How to Win" strategy for assigned business. Enable the agency/broker partners to work independently on behalf of Haleon.

  • Develop an indispensable partnership with agency/broker partners working with them in the office, in the marketplace and with the customer. The successful National Broker Manager will unite the strengths of the agency/broker partner with Haleon for competitive advantage.

  • Actively manage all financials including budget, spend and forecast. Ensure strong return on invested funds and command of volume projections. Embed NRM principles within strategic planning process. Fully understand the "size of the prize"

  • Analyze and understand the business at depth; understanding drivers and projecting future trends based upon data and analytics. Fine tune plans as appropriate. Expertise in the use and application of syndicated and retail data. Leverage tech for growth.

  • Plan and execute the trade activation plan with excellence, inclusive of forecast, promotion, loyalty and personalization, aisle design, display/off-shelf and shopper activation. Aggressively seek to understand the customer, competition, and marketplace to ensure plans are current and focused.

  • Ensure Haleon is leading within the e-commerce omni-channel space.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years FMCG/CPG sales experience working with retailers across various classes of trade.

  • Experience leading and managing Sales Agency/Broker in the grocery c-store, military, or wholesalers.

  • Proficient In Microsoft365 suite of products such as Excel, Power-Bi with a demonstrated ability to learn new technology platforms.

  • Demonstrated history of working in/leading matrixed teams.

  • Ability and willingness to regularly travel to company meetings, customer meetings and industry conferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Demonstrated success building strategic relationship with high impact retailers like 7-11, Kroger, Walmart, Target, Walgreens etc.

  • Advanced analytic skills, ability to analyze the business and extract insight to be leveraged as competitive differentiator.

  • Maintains a growth mindset with an ability to problem solve and drive team learning through pro-active behavior.

The salary range for this role is $ 118,980 - $ 160,972 USD + bonus.
