Scope of Work:

Perform administrative duties assisting Executive Level Management and perform all clerical duties for the office as necessary.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

The Administrative assistant is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Greet and direct visitors, answer and route all telephone calls
  • Take detailed messages
  • Maintain and keep all files up to date
  • Handle project-oriented duties and complete in a timely manner
  • Back up for all clerical personnel
  • Promote good welfare among the company and its divisions
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Experience processing expense reports
  • Experience booking travel arrangements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 1-year experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Must have working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its' objectives.
  • Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the company.
  • Must conform to policies and procedures set forth by the company.
  • Must have good communication skills written and verbal.
  • Must have good organizational skills.
  • Must be able to balance the branch petty cash and checking account
  • Must be able to type 50 wpm.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows environment (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
  • Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and good client relationships.
  • Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment.
  • Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment (telephone system, copier, printer, fax etc).
  • Must be dependable and be able to work independently.
  • Must protect the company assets and interest.
