Your Role:
Reporting to the Director of Farm Growth, Planning and Business Development, the Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for recording and analyzing data throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting new farmers and is dedicated to tracking the team's progress as we continue growing our network of small family farms. You'll support our boots-on-the-ground team, who scour the pasture belt for potential new farmers. You will filter through hot leads, answer initial questions, manage our farmer pipeline, and manage leads early in the recruitment funnel before assigning potential new farmers to one of our Sr. Recruitment Managers. If you are extremely organized, a team player, an Excel wiz, able to wear many hats, and a quick learner, we highly encourage you to apply!

Who We Are:
Vital Farms, a Certified B Corporation, offers a range of ethically produced foods nationwide. Started on a single farm in Austin, Texas, in 2007, Vital Farms became a national consumer brand that works with over 300 family farms and is the leading U.S. brand of pasture-raised eggs by retail dollar sales.
