Job Duties:
Will work on a production line in food processing plant
Understand and follow all plant safety/GMP rules
Work around heavy moving equipment
Possibly drive a forklift
Be able to work up to 7 days a week and/or 12 hours a day
Employee could be placed on any shift, anywhere within the plant
Employees coming in will be Campbell's employees but will be on probation for 180 days.
Able to work available shift, assigned upon hire.
During that time, employees will be benefits eligible, but will not have seniority.
Must meet the following requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a continuous basis
Must have a valid, state issued picture ID such as a driver's license
Must be able to meet minimum requirement on pre-employment standardized testing
Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
Employer will conduct background check; issues will be addressed on a case by case basis.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
