The Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) Internship program for the Summer of 2024 is designed to provide hands on experience within this business function with a specific focus on the front end of the HR process, Talent Acquisition. The intern will perform value-added activities for Mansfield while learning key skills such as managing the recruiting process and candidate pipeline, pre-employment and hiring processes, reporting and HR data analytics, relationship building for future pipelining, and how to enable leaders to follow a thorough and effective recruiting process.
In addition to learning sound business management skills, which are transferable to any future career, the intern will acquire a working knowledge of Mansfield's industry position and business model.
