Position Description


Summary:
Assist in the overall management of the branch- may step in for Branch Manager in their absence. Assist in meeting or exceeding branch goals by deepening the existing relationships, developing new and profitable relationships, and minimizing customer attrition. Assist in the delivery of quality customer service. Assist in developing an effective and efficient sales team. Assist in protecting the assets of the bank and our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overall management of branch including operations, sales, service, audit, and staffing with a primary focus on operations.
  • Branch size criteria includes < $50MM combined loans and deposits; and/or > 20% DDA; and/or < $1.5MM contribution dollars; and <10 FTE compliment.

    Basic Qualifications:
    • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
    • 2 years of management and/or retail banking experience.
