Ensures and maintains a smooth workflow through the Teledata Department by planning staffing levels, establishing schedules, implementing rules and procedures and coordinating with other Service Center departments. 2. Reviews and provides budget, activity and progress reports to region management (i.e., auto release rates, error percentages, quality survey scores) in accordance with scheduled deadlines. 3. Establishes clearly defined team and individual goals and objectives and communicates to associates through performance planning. Monitors and evaluates standards of performance for productivity and service quality and quantity. Responsible for team hiring and terminations, as required. 4. Prepares, administers and controls Teledata recognition programs. 5. Determines the Teledata team training requirements. Ensures timely and effective training schedules to enhance service level of Teledata team. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma (or the equivalent) required. Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration preferred (or equivalent in education and experience). 2. Experience: Experience in a client service environment with proven supervisory/ management skills required. Prefer experience as a Teledata Supervisor within ADP, with resultant knowledge of ADP products and systems. 3. Generic Skills: Effective communication skills required. A demonstrated proficiency in both time management and organization skills necessary plus ability to provide motivation and leadership to associates.
