Position Description
Level: Manager
Lead business analysis, strategy and innovation in a dynamic consumer, competitiveand macroeconomic environment. Leverage market research and testing to understand customer needs. Work backwards from the customer to create new products and design effective marketing strategies. Design segmented credit policies and pricing strategies to manage the profitability of the business while effectively meeting core customer needs.
Develops and shapes business strategy. Supports, develops, and manages associates who perform analysis in support of the business strategy. Leads cross-functional teams to implement strategies. Conducts extensive analysis and research based on existing customer or market data.Responsibilities: Shape business strategy Manage and support associates Conduct analysis Create presentations
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in any quantitative field (business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science, engineering)
• 2 Years experience in Analysis
• 1 Year experience in Financial services
Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters Degree in Quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
• PMP, CFA, FRM, CPA
• 5 Years experience in Analysis
• 2 Years experience in Financial services
• 1 Year experience in Consulting
• 2 Years experience in People Management
