We are currently seeking a talented
Senior Business Architect for our
San Antonio, TX facility.
As a
Senior Business Architect for USAA you will guide and facilitate teams in the delivery of business solutions. You will independently perform complex work assignments and problem resolution across systems, processes, or channels. You will create, communicate, and deliver business solutions.
Job Duties:
- Manages multiple change management initiatives of significant scope and complexity. Leads and facilitates cross-functional, collaborative teams in improvement and development initiatives using process engineering principles.
- Identifies, validates, and communicates business solutions. Utilizes knowledge of customers, products, processes and PP&E expertise to analyze business problem(s) and determine the best methodology to resolve defect or issue.
- Drives improvement efforts based on analysis. Analyzes processes to identify areas of improvement and provides appropriate analytics to facilitate business effort prioritization. Conducts complex statistical analysis.
- Shapes vision, mobilizes commitment and leads team to change systems and structures to achieve vision.
- Applies advanced knowledge and experience with business manager tools, deliverables, and PP&E discipline to serve as a resource to team members on escalated issues of an unusual nature.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6 years of experience in a process improvement function.
- Proficient knowledge of statistics.
- Proficient knowledge of LEAN tools.
- Proficient knowledge of data analysis tools.
- Proficient knowledge of industry tools (SIPOC, VOC, Process Mapping, Requirements).
- Proficient knowledge of processing engineering methodologies.
- Black Belt certification or equivalent.
Preferred:
- BS or BA in Engineering, Finance or related field.
- Risk Management or Credit Policy experience.
- 3+ years of Banking / Financial Services experience preferred.
- Proven & demonstrated experience executing processes and IT development projects.
- Experience in training and developing Green Belts.
- PMP certified.
