Responds to complex client calls regarding the eTIME 1000 and Ezlm applications. Provides timely and accurate eTIME 1000 & Ezlm support to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, clock hardware, communication and LAN problems for clients. Uses analytical skills and deductive reasoning to resolve and develop solutions for client problems. Maintains current knowledge of eTIME 1000 & Ezlm software, hardware and operating systems. Generates the paperwork necessary for service. Coordinates with multiple regions to arrange a client?s request for a site visit. Coordinates with multiple regions to obtain billing clarification and status of supplies ordered.
QualificationsRequired
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
Education Level = Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline required or equivalent in education and experience

2 to 3 years help desk or customer service experience. Must be proficient using IBM compatible PCs with resultant knowledge of Sybase, DOS, Windows 95/98/2000/NT, Citrix Metaframe and Citrix Winframe operating systems. Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills required. Experience with commercial databases required.

- Other qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to work under the pressure of time constraints essential. Excellent organization skills required. Must possess a high level of flexibility to deal with changing organizational needs and internal issues. Demonstrated proficiency in both time management and client/sales conflict resolution is essential. Must be committed to delivering World Class Service.
