Business Contribution:
We are currently searching for a Regional Sales Coordinator at our Houston (Deer Park) Facility. The successful candidate will significantly contributes to Hydratight’s year-over-year CMM improvement by:
- Increasing sales through faster customer / Territory Manager responsiveness as it relates to sales reporting, goal measurements, and overall communications.
- Increasing divisional profit by insuring accurate compensation, bonus and distributor rebate processing and measurements.
- Reducing net assets employed through management of Hydratight promotional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Hydratight Sales Leader & Service Operations & Sales Leader as needed.
- Produce and process all sales reports necessary to assist in the management of sales personnel and internal/external sales representatives and distributors.
- Develop various standardize sales reporting tools for management.
- Produce, process and analyze all sales commissions for Hydratight / Superior sales personnel.
- Maintain and update all price lists as needed
- Type/generate all sales proposals
- Log, update and analyze quote log including win/lose analysis
- Logging and maintaining all internal sales documentation as required in EQMS and ISO to insure revisions are tracked and recorded
- Complete customer prequalification/master service agreements for new accounts
- Maintain/monitor Houston, Gonzales, and Orange email websites for sales inquiries, distribution and follow up
- Compile and complete monthly customer survey and analyze response data.
- Trade Show lead distribution and follow up
- Maintain accurate/update customer information in CRM/Quickbase
- Act as backup to inside sales when call overflow occurs.
- Contract and coordinate all sales meetings and conferences.
- Act as a liaison with sales personnel in all matters.
- Work consistently to improve sales efficiencies of reporting.
- Other responsibilities as required and assigned by the Hydratight Sales Leader & Service Operations & Sales Leader.
