PRIMARY FUNCTION(S)
Develop, conduct and report on Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) for acquisition categories (ACAT) II & III programs

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
* Develop Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) for acquisition categories (ACAT) II & III programs
* Perform functional testing of various IO systems, tools, and networks
* Design developmental and operational network test plans and procedures
* Conduct network testing
* Troubleshoot and resolve test deficiencies and hardware problems
* Monitor performance of telecommunications and computer network acquisition products
* Plan, conduct, validate, and report the results of developmental and operational tests
* Perform interoperability and integration testing
* Provide support to government milestone decision-making
* Provide technical advisory and assistance support to government sponsors
* Prepare Final Reports

MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS
Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, or electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
Relevant Experience (amount and type): - Five years experience installing, testing, evaluating and managing computer network and telecommunications systems
- Experience conducting Computer Network Operations
- Five years experience evaluating technologies for Information Assurance and computer network defense highly desired
- Experience leading teams testing and evaluating the performance of IT systems
- Must have effective writing skills
