Duties and Responsibilities |

|
Responsible for the administration of benefit plans, including but not limited to, leave of absence policy, relocation benefits and COBRA; coordinating with outside vendors, requesting and depositing checks, updating reports, communicating with field HR team and home office management; also responsible for customer service via phone, fax, e-mail and mailed correspondence; and handling defined functions as well as backing up staff members as needed.
