Duties and Responsibilities |

|
The Training Curriculum Manager (TCM)) uses proven best practices in instructional design and adult learning theory to develop interactive educational solutions that engage the learner and enable them to meet/exceed performance goals and achieve business objectives. The TCM achieves this through leading the development process of solutions through sound needs analysis, research methodologies, content design, project management, and results analysis.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Needs Analysis, research and recommend solutions - Uses gathered information coupled with instruction design knowledge to recommend appropriate learning solutions
Project management - Manages the tasks and people resources assigned to the project to ensure timely execution Design, develop and deliver training curricula - Will include on-boarding learning plans, participant and facilitator guides, web-based course, scripts, slides, job aids, activities, exercises and assessment tools
Review and evaluate process - Evaluates learner performance and customer satisfaction using standard models of evaluation
Direct report leadership - Prioritize, assign, supervise, review and evaluate the workflow and projects for Learning and

Skills and Education |

- Bachelor's degree - 3-5 year's program design and course instructional design experience in a specialty area: leadership, sales/supply chain, technical and/or professional skills combined with the ability to practically meet business needs - Demonstrated ability to design adult learning using various delivery or experiential methods (e.g. action learning teams/workshops, job aids/tools, e-skill building, classroom facilitation or subject matter experts (SMEs) facilitation) - Project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects at one time, manage resource load and ensure timely deliverables - Previous management experience in a training development environment - Knowledge of tools used to create documentation and training materials (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Articulate, Captivate, Flash, Adobe, Acrobat, Publisher, and Photoshop) - Knowledge of LMS software (Pathlore, and Sum Total preferred) - Exceptional communication and facilitation skills - Strong collaboration and teamwork skills - Strong customer service and client consulting skills
