Required Availability: Mon-Fri 7:00AM-8:00PM, Sat/Sun 8:00AM-5:00PM

Summary:
Associate is responsible for receiving inbound customer service calls, fulfilling the customer’s inquiries/requests and cross selling customers on various Capital One products while seamlessly creating a high level of customer satisfaction. Associate is required to be well educated on the features and benefits of all products. Associate must be a team player who will adopt and share best practices among peers.

Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound customer service calls and provide the highest level of quality to all Capital One customers
- Analyze customer needs and determine qualifications for various product offers
- Sell the features and benefits of a wide variety of Capital One products
- Overcome customer concerns/objections
- Cross sell customers on various Capital One products
- Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products and upgrades.

Basic Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in a sales environment
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- 1 Year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of telesales experience
- 1 year of experience in a financial sales environment
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- Proficient with all Microsoft applications
- Previous Banking experience
