The Therapeutic Area Head, Project Management is responsible for the therapeutic management and direction of the Project Management department in the delivery of quality clinical trial management services, achieving the stated goals of the Customer and i3 Research.
Major Responsibilities
- Build, organize and coach integrated therapeutic team to drive creativity, efficiency and effectiveness of the costumer identifying opportunities and assuring alignment with overall goals and strategy of i3 Research.
- Collaborate with client on development of objectives, strategy and tactical plans for the development and if necessary, commercialization of costumer products, assuring a global focus of goals, strategies and plans.
- Help client with alternative strategic options in order to manage risks and optimize the value of their products.
- In collaboration with client, plane and implement the panels of clinical experts and manage and develop clinical and scientific advisory boards.
- Evaluate infrastructure which affects therapeutic and operational teams and be one of drivers through appropriate task forces to develop and optimize resolutions.
- Define the role of global management team in measuring and analyzing performance results with special focus on quality.
- Provide input for definition of decision points, analysis of options and issues and recommendation of significant optimization opportunities to customer.
- Interact with internal customers and directors, globally, to assure consistent performance and quality of work within each region.
- Provides role based learning and development experiences tied to role and level, competency skill requirements and performance expectations.
