Summary:Manages a portfolio of Compliance and Business projects ranging from small, single department to large, multiple department impact for the Lending Operations organization.Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.Creates and/or reviews deliverables prepared by team.Effectively applies project management techniques and enforces project standards.Minimizes our exposure and risk on projects.Ensures project documents are complete and current.

Responsibilities:
· Plan, design and manage project plans, design, solution and implementation of new systems and processes
· Work with IT to develop business requirements, testing, and implementation plans for system related changes
· Identify issues, process improvement opportunities and solutions
· Communicate project portfolio status with stakeholders and senior leaders
· Manage the Bank Prioritization and Governance Office (BPGO) process for Lending Operations projects
· Partner with the business and finance to complete business cases
· Facilitate ongoing prioritization meetings with stakeholders

Basic qualifications:
· Bachelors degree in related field
· Three years managing operations, projects, or performing analysis in banking or financial services

Preferred qualifications:
· Operations experience
· Project or process certifications
· Masters degree
