Objective: * Create dynamic, user friendly eCommerce websites with distinct designs that help sell products and build brand awareness for our clients. * Analyze business requirements, technical constraints, research findings, and audience processes, tasks and goals. * Lead the interaction design process by translating these into compelling, coherent interactive interfaces that are easy and useful for the target audience * Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of business teams, technology, and creative designers to ensure the development of the best client solutions that balance form, function, and feasibility * Participate in discovery research activities including current state assessments, competitive reviews, and user/stakeholder interview as well as the product’s mandate, feature set, and business requirements * Generate full reports indicating key findings and recommendations and participate in workshops with business owners and users to determine scope and priorities. * Develop site maps, interactive prototypes, wireframes, interaction flow diagrams, with appropriate functional and behavioral annotations for both business and technical audiences. * Champion end users throughout the development process, utilizing personas and scenarios as aids in prioritization of issues and functionality. Provide input on plans and schedules for design activities to ensure efficient completion and on-time delivery. * Develop and deliver client presentations, user testing or fieldwork
QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic):	Qualifications: * Over five years of experience in the areas of Graphics Design, Interface Designing for large-scale web-based applications, Web Page Design and development. * Experience in creating skins and containers for DotNetNuke & high end flash applications with data connectivity. * Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XSLT and experience with cross Browser and cross Platform issues. * Strong design aesthetic for typography, layout, color theory, branding, and web user interface. Familiarity with usability heuristics and relevant HCI literature. * Deep knowledge of web site UI design principles and usability issues. * Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
