Daily Responsibilities	Coordinate with Development Manager, Data Center, Project Management Office, and other interfacing functional areas; Provide supervisory oversight; Participate in Change Control Board meetings; Provide SQA and IV&V guidance to staff and team groups; Ensure SQA risks are documented for tracking; Establish, collect, and report SQA related metrics; Review Test Readiness Review Report(s) and Production Readiness Review Report(s) before submitting to SQAS Managers; Ensure SQA staff follow approved project SQAP and procedures; Ensure SQAP and updates are FLITE configuration control items; Provide updates to SQAP; Ensure staff has access to required Rational tools; Monitor SQA task assignments and track to completion; Perform product reviews of Program/Project work products; Perform process reviews;
