Summary:
FLRC Production Control Supervisor - Provides on-site, production control supervision and oversight for the FLRC. Overall responsible for coordinating and executing production control as outlined in the Government Task Order Response (TOR) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) - while under the supervision of the Stanley Maintenance Manager.

Specific Duties:

* Provide direction, guidance and daily oversight of production planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting of FLRC maintenance and repair activities;
* Ensures on-time delivery of high quality contract work units, products, and services in support of FLRC operations;
* Directly responsible for accurate tracking, utilization, and reporting of allocated man hours resources using the Wildcat Maintenance Management System (WMMS);
* Ensures completion of assigned tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints;
* Schedules and assigns production control duties to subordinates and subcontractors - ensures assignments are completed as directed and to standard;
* Enforces production control work standards to ensure FLRC activities are in compliance with contract requirements and government regulations;
* Monitors safety in the workplace to ensure activities and employees are in compliance with regulatory requirements;
* Interfaces with the Government FLRC Management personnel;
* Conducts business practices to ensure production control requirements are met;
* Supervises and manages the daily maintenance reports and WMMS inputs associated with FLRC operations -
* this includes utilization of business/computer systems and government STAMIS systems;
* Optimizes planning, operations, and resources to ensure maximum production control capability is attained;
* Provide written and oral reports to the Maintenance Manager, PM and COR - including work center and work order summary reports.

Required Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years directly related work experience in private or military sector related to FLRC production control or FLRC equivalent is required.

Additional Requirements:

* Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.
* Possession of an INTERIM SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; Ability to maintain a SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; US Citizenship is required.
* Ability to travel up to 25% or less.
* Production control experience at the field maintenance level;
* Familiarity with Army Field Sustainment Brigade/Battalion (AFSB), Distribution Management Team (DMT) and Logistics Support Element (LSE) operations;
* Understanding of Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) processes;
* Experience with Army Supply STAMIS systems;
* Proficient with Wildcat Maintenance Management System (WMMS);
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project, Outlook)
* Work schedule must be flexible in order to manage production control and to ensure mission accomplishment;

Desired Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:
Preferred:

* A BS degree in Business, Purchasing, or Logistics Management;
* Former Sr. NCO or CWO with production control and SAMS-E background;
* Logistics and Supply Management certifications/qualifications desired;
* Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training or certification.
