Duties and Responsibilities |

|
We are seeking a strategic visionary to manage and execute RadioShack customer programs including loyalty, direct mail and credit card marketing.
Loyalty responsibilities include working with the field to optimize membership enrollment, managing member communications, overseeing Customer Service training, creating innovative member promotions, interfacing with IT to direct program infrastructure and reporting requirements, managing program analytics, providing strategic input into the program's evolution and controlling the budget.
Direct Mail includes planning campaigns/streams, targeting recipients, managing available offers, developing profiles, testing, creative oversight, backend analysis, applied learning's and controlling the direct mail budget.
Credit responsibilities include managing the joint marketing fund with the credit provider, creating innovative credit promotions including elements like point of purchase (POP) signage, direct mail, insert messaging, etc.
