A Masters is preferred and a Bachelors is required in Paralegal Studies. Four (4) years of experience in the paralegal industry is required. Lawyers can teach in the program as long as they have been in the industry 4 years or more. Training/classroom experience in an educational environment would be a definite plus. Ideal candidates will possess extraordinary interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, a passion for teaching, and the ability to effectively communicate with students to help them achieve their educational goals.
