Position Description

We are a growing Retail concept and are looking for a strong manager for our IAH Airport locations.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
•Managing all store operations, including driving sales, scheduling, training, ordering supplies, retail inventory management, opening and closing store, cash register and cash deposits, employee relations, etc.
•Communicating, driving and exceeding financial goals
•Maintaining highest level of customer service from all employees
•Educating and maintaining standard retail sales practices
•Coaching sales team on up-selling and selling techniques
•Interviewing new staff and communicating with Human Resources director regarding all new hire and employment issues
•Reviewing financial and operating results to determine where the store stands relative to budgeted sales, expenses and payroll

Qualifications:
•HS Diploma required, College Degree preferred
•5-7 years experience in some combination of retail, hospitality, resort or restaurant, 5+ in a management level position
•Proven financial management experience, including analyzing data, interpreting financial reports, and reading P&L statements
•Extremely strong scheduling skills
•Computer skills including: Word, Excel and Outlook
