Position Description
I. Purpose of Position
To attract guests to play games by providing world class service through
sales, entertainment, and hosting.
II. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Team members of the Games department will be required to perform specific tasks and duties essential for continuous job success. The following are required for overall job performance.
- Maintain excellent guest first service and positive attitude towards guests, fellow team members, and management.
- Proactively invite and encourage guests to play by establishing eye contact with all guests within five feet.
- Properly operate all area games. This includes explaining game rules, trade-ups, and awarding prizes with enthusiasm.
- Use appropriate sales techniques to achieve department sales goals. This includes the use of a microphone where available.
- Collect and deposit revenue in accordance with proper till handling procedures. This requires math skills to make change for guests.
- Responsible for providing proper Guest Service
- Responsible for stand appearance including stocking of merchandise, display, and cleanliness stand.
- Must be on time for scheduled shift.
- Must be able to lift 10-15 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Promote safe work environment and eliminate any potential hazards.
