The Corporate Strategy Associate will work with the Corporate Strategy & Development team on complex tasks and gain direct access to executive decision making. The role will be supporting the senior leadership team at HID in planning, delivering, and implementing high-priority strategic projects that contribute to HID's overall business strategy and helping drive its successful execution.

The Corporate Strategy Associate will have ample opportunity to be intimately involved in all aspects of the corporate strategy, with significant exposure to corporate and business area leaders across the organization.

As ourCorporate Strategy Associate, you'll support HID's successby:

  • Driving complex research and analyses to support business case development for key strategic focus areas.
  • Prioritizing analyses through hypothesis-based problem solving and seek second order implications and insights beyond the obvious.
  • Translating analysis output into practical and implementable recommendations.
  • Supporting end-to-end strategy development including adjustments to existing strategies based on new learnings and changes in the competitive environment.

  • Ability to present and communicate analytical findings in a concise and clear fashion.
  • Ability to design and build effective executive-level presentations.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft products especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel internationally when needed.

YourExperienceand Education include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Strategy or Economics is desirable, or other relevant college experience with demonstrated strategic capability. Master's Degree valued.
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in top-tier management consulting, in-house corporate strategy, investment banking or business operations.
  • Ability to develop relevant frameworks and use them to effectively solve complex problems relating to Corporate Strategy
