We use digital data as the fuel to propel us beyond our competition. We're looking for someone who can use data to craft strategy and solutions to join our team. You'll lead projects that develop and perform complex analyses using Big Data technologies. You'll be constantly on the lookout for new modeling techniques, evolving technologies, and emerging industry trends so that we can stay ahead of the game. Your work will help us meet our customers' needs and make it even easier for them to do business with us.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing analyses to find actionable insights.

• Developing systems, applications, and visual dashboards.

• Ensuring data quality and promoting process improvement.

• Performing advanced analytics, modeling and data mining to develop insights on our business.

• Monitoring performance and reporting ongoing and ad hoc metrics in reports, presentations, and dashboards targeted to the situation and audience.

You believe that proven data should be behind every important decision. You are a numbers person but you also have a strategic approach. You bring both business perspective and an understanding of the marketplace-and not just theory and numbers. You have a knack for understanding and visualizing just the right way to share data and practical insights so that people can understand. People trust you based upon your thoughtful and detailed analyses.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Six or more years of relevant work experience.

• Behavior/predictive analysis and/or data analytics development experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Degree in business intelligence and analytics, computer science, or mathematics.

• Master's degree in a quantitative field. Ideally, an MBA.

• Experience with visualization tools, like Tableau.

• Experience with Data Warehousing or Teradata SQL.

• Working knowledge of scripting languages. Ideally, Python or Perl.

• Business Intelligence Certification (CPBI).
