  • Scope management (business objectives)
  • Schedule management (schedule and critical path)
  • Cost management
  • Quality management
  • Resource management
  • Communications management
  • Risk management
  • Procurement management
  • Excels at demonstrating the drivers of project management effectiveness, including Project cost tracking.
  • Aligns project priorities to the organization's strategies/objectives

And here's what you need to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education and work experience - degree or experience in architecture or construction management preferred
  • PMP designation preferred
  • Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility and success within project management
