We are seeking a Therapeutic Staff Coordinator to join our team at our Upland, PA location.

Earn $61,000/year.

Plus, there's a $4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Position Details

The Mental Health Professional (MHP) will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy to residents in the Long Term Structured Residential (LTSR) program. The MHP will also provide clinical oversight and training to direct care staff.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree with a clinical concentration in the human services field.
  • One-year of experience working within the behavioral health field in a residential services setting, supervisor experience a plus.
  • Must be PA licensed as a LSW, LCSW, LPC, CADC, or BS-L
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
