The Parts Onsite Specialist position is responsible for the replenishment and delivery of wear and maintenance parts and providing hands-on support to Mustang's key customers.

Parts Onsite Specialist Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between Product Support and key account customers
• Maintain customer relations with Mustang's commercial accounts
• Set up, stock, and inventory customer shelving at their site locations
• Package parts for delivery
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Parts Onsite Specialist Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
• Professional communication skills (verbal, written, phone)
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service focused work environment
• Must hold a Driver License with a clean driving record
• Experience with Cat SIS systems preferred
