As a Client Services Representative, you'll serve as a dedicated professional for our internal and external clients.  The ideal candidate will bring a background in Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL, coupled with outstanding communication and organizational skills. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between clients and our dynamic Operations team, addressing needs promptly and effectively. We not only support our clients’ growth but also foster the professional and personal development of our team members, offering immense growth potential and a fulfilling career journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seize opportunities and take initiative.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Manage various tasks that may include:
    •  Order changes or modifications
    • Inventory management
    • Issue resolution.
  • Accurately enter orders into the operating systems and WMS programming.
  • Prepare and deliver activity reports as needed.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to client needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Dynamic and growth-oriented personality.
  • Minimum of one year experience in warehouse customer service preferred, with 3PL experience strongly desired.
  • Proficiency in warehouse technology and Microsoft Suite products
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • Specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, and depth perception may be necessary.
  • Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach, and crouch for extended periods.
  • Comfort with repetitive movements and ability to use hands and feet simultaneously.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, dust, and moving mechanical parts.
