Summary:

To provide direct support to all corporate clients for catering needs, ticket sales, foal requests and other concierge services for internal customers. Manages Massage Therapists schedule, payments and processes paperwork for contract reimbursement. Maintains client billing system between vendors and CCHCS and is able to provide executive reporting. Assists Case Management with lodging requests and Family Resources needs.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years retail and/or private industry experience.

• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.

• Able to perform intermediate level business functions including process billing, report writing, and sales forecasting.

• 2 years intermediate level computer experience including MS Office experience.

• Is self-motivated and able to use independent judgment when necessary.

• Strong professional demeanor, problem solving, organization skills and critical thinking skills.

• Able to function under moderate to high levels of stress.
