Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the preparation, planning, and follow-up of IronPro agreements. Assists in improving product support efficiency and maximizing customer satisfaction. This includes agreement renewals, quoting assistance, organizing, and filing of paperwork. Responsible for the maintenance of an accrual accounting program and financial progress tracking programs utilizing Salesforce as well as the Dealer Business System for Holt CAT. This position will also manage all "interval" billing and process monthly commissions for CT and PM programs.

Essential Functions:

  • Models promote, reinforce, and reward the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission.
  • Maintains IronPro agreements tracking program using resources found in Salesforce and Dealer Business System.
  • Maintains an accrual account system for the tracking of customers who make advance payments for services not yet rendered, thereby, separating regular service payments from IronPro service payments not currently chronicled in our existing company accounting system.
  • Manage all "interval" billing through Contract Tracking.
  • Maintains a contract renewal plan with input from PSSRs.
  • Prepares and reviews reports to include overdue calls, and new, lost, and renewed contracts.
  • Assists with customer relations/service of our current and potential customers. Completes monthly commissions for CT and PM accounts.
  • Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
  • Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of business accounting principles
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude to utilize various MS Office products, Salesforce, DBS, and other job-related software
  • Ability to interact with tact and courtesy and maintain a professional manner
  • The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
  • The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a diversified team

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At a minimum, three years of job-related experience required

Travel:

  • Up to 10% travel may be expected
