The Digital Application & Innovation Commercial Solution Area (CSA) team plays a critical role in defining the Go-To-Market (GTM). We partner with corporate stakeholders to ensure that the field has all the tools necessary to be successful with the customers' journey. This is the newest Commercial Solution Area and the GTM team is a crucial part of its growth. The Sales Program Leader - Digital & App Innovation role is critical to driving business incubation and acceleration aligned to strategic priorities. You will define, execute and optimize programmatic initiatives to accelerate the execution of our business. You will build clarity by developing and executing sales programs against clear performance measurements and maintaining active feedback loops with program stakeholders and leadership. You will partner with a vast network of stakeholders across the company to accelerate our customers' journey to the cloud. A role in Programs puts you central to the business and in a position to distill field/customer/partner insights into global execution plans. In addition to owning and driving a portfolio of programs, the Program Manger amplifies their impact by aligning and motivating the company to work towards common goals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience running global programs, a passion for learning, a program management background, experience working with executives, proficient communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate across organizations and teams.
Responsibilities Program & Stakeholder ManagementDesign, execute and continuously improve programs that accelerate the business.Align your programs with the over-arching Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, as defined by the business architect for each respective solution play.Lead cross-functional teams to execute sales programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of sales programs. Identify themes and trends from programs results to inform strategy, investments, asks and correction plans.Communicate progress, impact and learnings to drive awareness and to solicit help as needed.Build cross-company partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and other core stakeholders.Able to work independently, handle & prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, negotiate and collaborate effectively.Business Acumen and Executive PresenceExecutive presence to build confidence and trust with corporate and field partners.Consultative acumen to drive ideation, planning and operationalization of business strategy.Highly analytical, able to understand business metrics, able to distill key insights from incomplete data.Running the business: reporting and overall business insights to leadership.Versatile with proven ability to be adaptable in rapidly evolving business/org situations.
