The Opportunity:

The Product Led Sales Team is responsible for all customers coming through MongoDB Self-Service channels. We work with some of the most exciting companies, building groundbreaking capabilities on MongoDB Atlas.

PLS has a simple mission:

The Role: Product Led Sales, Regional Vice President, EMEA

Day to Day:

  • Attract, Hire and Retain:Product Led Sales AE's and Regional Directors via all channels available (internal, external, self)
  • Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Provide strong coaching and mentoring through an understanding of the Product Led Sales Motion, Sales Process, PG Program and MEDDIC Qualification. This includes coaching on territory planning all the way through deal support across each stage of the sales cycle
  • Conduct weekly PG and forecast meetings with your team and report to leadership
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Partners to define sales strategies to build and develop the pipeline
  • Ensure you hold the Values that have made PLS and highly successful Sales engine within MongoDB

What you will bring to the table:

  • Evidence of recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent (ICs and leaders)
  • Evidence of understanding territory management at a regional level
  • Top 10% performer as an individual contributor, front-line manager, and second-line manager with a track record of overachievement (President's Club, Rep of the Year, Leader of the Year etc.)
  • Proven systems/methodology for consistent pipeline generation
  • Experience using and teaching sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Command of the Message, Sandler, etc.)
  • Evidence of accurate forecasting at the individual and team levels
  • A true passion for sales & technology - we want leaders who love what they do and inspire their team

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.
