DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To provide both quality and production control duties at every step of the custom seating process

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Ensure all departments are delivering each portion of their order on time

*Communicate daily with various departments and internal customers

*Address inquiries regarding lead time commitments, expected completion dates and research reason for delays, if applicable

*Cross train on Custom Seating Assembly line to assist during periods of high demand or staff absences

*Inspect materials/products throughout the value stream process to ensure product meets criteria

*Have complete understanding of past complaints to ensure to eliminate future rejections

*Ensure completion of Red Tags per department

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

*Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, thorough and honest

Must have the ability to:

*Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

*Develop specific goals and plans to organize and accomplish work

*Develop proficiency with ERP and Job Pack planning systems

*Follow company guidelines and safety procedures

Must have:

*Strong planning/scheduling skills

*Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*1 year of hands-on manufacturing experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*2 years of quality inspection experience

*Current or previous successful employment with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)

REQUIRED EDUCATION

*High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
