Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Project Scheduling
  • Utilize Oracle Primavera Cloud to develop comprehensive project schedules for multifamily housing developments, incorporating all relevant tasks, milestones, and dependencies.

  • Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to gather project details and constraints to accurately reflect project timelines.

Resource Allocation
  • Effectively allocate and manage resources within Primavera Cloud, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project goals.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify potential resource constraints and propose solutions to maintain project timelines.

Progress Monitoring
  • Monitor project progress against established schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Generate regular progress reports for project stakeholders, providing insights into schedule performance and potential risks.

Risk Management
  • Identify and assess schedule-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines.

  • Work closely with project teams to address unforeseen challenges and adjust schedules accordingly.

Collaboration and Communication
  • Foster effective communication between project teams, ensuring alignment on schedule objectives and milestones.

  • Conduct regular meetings to review project schedules, address concerns, and facilitate coordination among various stakeholders.

Education, Work Experience, & Physical Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience as a Scheduler, preferably in multifamily housing development projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of P6, and Oracle Primavera Cloud and demonstrated proficiency in creating and managing project schedules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address schedule-related challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
