Job Summary | The Coordinator of Special Programs for Experiential Learning at the University Career Center is essential for coordinating our experiential learning initiatives. This role involves the coordination and logistics of programs, such as employer site visits, job shadowing, and industry competitions, to streamline operations and improve program effectiveness. The Coordinator is also pivotal in developing partnerships with employers, engaging with various stakeholders, and contributing to the strategic mission of preparing our students for successful careers. |

Education: Master's degree in Higher Education, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in higher education programs, especially those focusing on experiential learning, student affairs, or career development, is highly desirable. Additional Information | After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval.
