What you'll do:

• Provide strategic leadership in defining and implementing the organization's enterprise architecture adhering to the Digital Transformation program.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture blueprint that aligns with business objectives and supports the long-term vision.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to understand business goals, identify business opportunities, and translate them into technology strategies and solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform and shape the organization's technology roadmap.

• Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards to ensure consistency and interoperability across systems.
• Implement governance processes to review and approve technology solutions, ensuring compliance with architectural principles.

• Work closely with stakeholders, including sustainability officers and business leaders, to understand and address sustainability requirements.
• Understand how global/regional industry standards and regulations affect the organization, ensure adherence of architectural implementations to these standards, and be involved in regular compliance checks and reporting on sustainability metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level systems and solutions.
• Proven experience in enterprise-level architecture projects and data solutions or architecture projects.
• Proven experience architecting cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in Integration Architecture, Data Architecture and in Data modeling, Database design.
• Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman are highly desirable.
• Design and build of J2EE and .NET architectures.
• Experience defining and enabling Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) required.
• Experience with Middleware and Master Data Management solutions.
• Experience and proven understanding of relational DBMS and SQL.
• Experience in implementing and using an EA Tool such as LeanIX, Abacus, BizzDesign, or other.
• Strong experience in the design and deployment of an ERP solution in the Manufacturing space or Finance space.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within an IT or architecture team is a plus.
