As the Workday Payroll SME, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's payroll optimization and Workday configuration. In need of Workday Payroll SME who can dive into details, resolve issues, and ensure the success of our payroll and HR departments. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and contribute to documentation and training efforts.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in Workday Payroll configuration and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Resolve issues promptly, diving into details to identify and address root causes.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for both the payroll and HR departments.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel for complex modeling tasks.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Workday Payroll SME, with a focus on configuration and issue resolution.
  • Willingness to delve into details and assist in issue resolution to ensure the success of the Workday rollout.
  • Strong track record in documentation and training for both payroll and HR departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for complex modeling tasks.
