Overview

Established in the 1970s, Cash Construction Company is committed to excellence in client and employee relations. Based in Texas, we lead in Civil and Infrastructure Construction, specializing in water and wastewater utilities, drainage, lift and pump stations, roadwork, and renewable energy projects. With a vast fleet of equipment, we self-perform the majority of our contractual obligations.

Cash is hiring a Project Controls Manager that will apply advanced project controls techniques and analyses to ensure our projects are constructed safely, efficiently, and, profitably. Successful candidates may perform all aspects of planning, scheduling, or, cost engineering, through knowledge and application of complex project controls principles.

This position is not remote.


Responsibilities

  • Provide training and guidance to project team members on processes and procedures
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates
  • Analyze project data and provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
  • Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis and developing corrective actions as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in project controls, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Understanding of project accounting and financial management.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Experience in risk management and analysis.
