Lobby Manager The Lobby Manager is responsible for guiding and administering the operational efforts of the branch under the Branch Manager/Lender. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all established policies and procedures are followed, will oversee full range of services to customers and prospective customers, and ensures all customers are promptly and professionally served. Other duties will also include training / directing teller staff, ensuring branch transactions, processes and procedures are in line with Bank standards. MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
Strong interpersonal, leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to operate related computer applications and related business equipment
Ability to maintain an effective and efficient workflow
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Prepare weekly work schedule to include adjustments due to absences
Prepare / Manage Saturday teller schedule
Open night drop daily under dual control
Maintain lobby customer counter (restock forms & change date)
Prepare weekly order for branch supplies
Proficient in teller/new account procedures to assist the branch with any related questions
Manage Teller Vault, if applicable
Balance and maintain cash for ATM under dual control
Review SCO reports
Maintain safe deposit operations such as billing & past due reports, etc.
Serve as backup for main vault
Duties may vary depending on branch needs
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
High School diploma required
Expert knowledge of Bank Services and products
Customer Service procedures and practices
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to diagnose resolve or escalate a critical situation
Must be able to recognize positive or negative trends concerning the effects of production
Strong commitment to excellent customer service and process improvement
Demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Work independently with little or no supervision; self-directed and motivated
Use good judgment and be discreet with confidential information
Inspire an environment of teamwork and open communication between the Retail Operations team
